This page explains how a registered Elite Group channel partner can delete their partner-app account and the personal data attached to it, what is erased, and what Elite Group is required to keep.
Delete it yourself, in the app
Sign in to the Elite X Partner app, open Settings from the top of the screen, and choose Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm with the PIN or password you sign in with. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
If you applied to become a channel partner but your registration was never approved, you will not be able to sign in — and the documents you uploaded during registration are still on file. Email enquire@elitegroup.co from the address you registered with, or write to the address below, asking for your partner registration to be deleted. We will confirm once it is done.
What is erased
- Your name, firm, mobile number, email address, office address and office phone
- Your Aadhaar number, GST number and date of birth
- Your PAN, unless brokerage has already been credited to you and tax deducted against it — see below
- Your uploaded documents: photograph, visiting card and both sides of your Aadhaar card. The files are deleted from storage, not merely unlinked.
- Your sign-in PIN or password, and any password-reset link still outstanding
- Every device registration used to send you notifications
What is kept, and why
Your business records remain on file under your partner code alone, with your name and firm removed: the clients you introduced, their site visits, and any bookings credited to you.
This is the record your brokerage is calculated and paid against. Deleting it would erase the evidence of what you are owed, and Indian accounting, tax and audit law requires Elite Group to keep booking and sale records for up to 8 years, after which they are deleted. Where tax has been deducted against your PAN on brokerage already credited to you, the PAN is kept for the same period and the same reason; where no brokerage has been credited, it is erased with everything else.
Notes written by Elite Group staff on a client's file are kept as the office's record of what was done for that client, and may mention your name where it was written at the time.
How long it takes
Deletion from inside the app is immediate. A request by email is actioned within 30 days of us verifying that the request came from you.
